Privacy policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we do collect on cryptoskulls.com, stickers.cryptoskulls.com and our Telegram bot @CryptoSkullsStickersBot, why, and how to get it removed.

Who we are

These sites and the bot are run by the CryptoSkulls team. For anything about your data, write to info@cryptoskulls.com.

Analytics, only with your consent

If you press Accept in the cookie banner, we load Yandex Metrica. It sets cookies (names starting with _ym) and records how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, the device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and session recordings (Webvisor). We use it only to understand what works on the site. Yandex processes this data as our service provider.

If you press Decline or ignore the banner, Metrica is not loaded at all. Your choice is saved in your browser for a year (cs-cookie-consent in local storage). You can change it any time:

Hosting

The site is hosted on Tilda, which, like any web host, receives your IP address and browser details when pages load.

stickers.cryptoskulls.com and the Telegram bot

This site lets holders of a CryptoSkulls Stickers NFT get the Telegram sticker pack. It has no analytics and no trackers.

What we process

  • Your wallet address and the free message you sign to prove you own it. The signature is checked and not kept.
  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in for 24 hours. It holds a random token; we store only its hash.
  • Local storage used by the wallet connection (which wallet you connected with, so it can reconnect).
  • Your IP address, only to limit how often requests can be made; these counters are deleted after a short time.
  • When you get a pack: the token number, the wallet that owns it, your Telegram user ID and the name of the sticker pack created for you. This is the record of who got which pack. It lets us remove a pack when its NFT is sold and tell the previous owner.

Services involved

  • Alchemy reads public Ethereum data for us (which tokens a wallet holds).
  • WalletConnect (Reown) relays the connection if you connect a phone wallet by QR code.
  • Telegram hosts the bot and the sticker packs.
  • Cloudflare R2 stores our database backups.
  • Our hosting provider runs the server.

How long we keep it

  • Sign-in sessions: 24 hours.
  • Pack records: while the project runs, because they are what keeps one pack per NFT. Ask us and we will delete your Telegram ID once your pack is removed.
  • Backups: up to 90 days. Server logs are rotated automatically and kept only briefly.

The blockchain

Ownership of NFTs and every transaction are public on Ethereum and can't be changed or deleted by anyone, including us. Connecting your wallet to our sites doesn't put anything new on the blockchain.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
  • We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not us.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it, and you can withdraw your analytics consent with the Cookie settings button above. Write to info@cryptoskulls.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our sites are not meant for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update it here with a new date. Significant changes will also be announced on our channels.
